Payment Terms
All tuition payments, including deposits, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.
If a payment plan is selected, all scheduled payments must be completed regardless of program participation or completion.
Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access to course materials.
Refund Policy
The $250 enrollment deposit is non-refundable.
If a student withdraws before the program start date, any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for partial refund at MIHA’s discretion.
No refunds will be issued after the program has begun.
This program is designed to prepare students for entry-level administrative roles and may support readiness for external certification exams such as the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA).
MIHA does not administer certification exams and is not affiliated with any certifying body.
