By enrolling in the MIHA (MedOps Institute of Healthcare Administration) Medical Administrative Assistant Career Prep Program, you agree to the following terms:

MIHA is a private, non-accredited career training program. Enrollment does not result in a degree, licensure, or guaranteed certification.
Certification Disclaimer
MIHA does not issue professional certifications. Certifications such as the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) are issued by independent third-party organizations, including the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). MIHA is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
MIHA does not guarantee certification, exam eligibility, job placement, or employment outcomes.
Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for completing coursework, participating in training, and applying learned material.

Access to program materials is granted upon enrollment and may be time-limited based on program structure
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave professionally. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
Intellectual Property
All MIHA materials are proprietary and may not be copied, distributed, or resold.
Limitation of Liability
MIHA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the program.
